2007 Cuvée Blanc
Cuvée Blanc is a blend of 90% Vidal Blanc and 10% Chardonnay all grown on the Estate at Mount Pleasant. We barrel ferment this wine in French Oak to bring out lovely butter and citrus notes.
Pairs Well With:
Gouda, pasta w/cream sauce, Thai, chicken, salmon.
